Product Updates

From today, users with the 'Country manager' or ‘Department Manager’ role, can now download reports for users within their department and/or custom tag. This serves to give Department Manager’s additional insights into their colleague’s experiences, skills and/or CV Partner usage.

What reports can I download?

To remind customers what reports are available, they are listed below:

- Update status and section count: using this report, department managers can check out whether their department’s users are regularly updating their CV Partner resume (CV) and whether their profiles are well populated.‍

- Data in the CVs: using this report, department managers can dig into specific profile attributes (eg. Project Experience, Course, Language, etc) from users within their department, with each row in the report containing the selected attribute. ‍

- Information about the users: using this report, department managers can get a quick overview of all of the users within their department, with one user listed per row.

How can I download reports?

To download reports, click on the 'Download report' button located above your user search results. Then, choose the required report:
