We’re excited to introduce the latest feature in our Generative AI suite: AI Text Reduction. This feature enables your consultants and proposal teams to make Resume/CV and Reference Project content more concise, ensuring every word counts in your proposal submissions.

Why is this important?

• Consultants aren’t professional writers:
  Often we see consultants write excessively about their accomplishments. This feature enables users (or their subordinates) to reduce the length of their descriptions without losing important details.

• Comply with proposal requirements:
  Many RFPs have strict page or word count limits. This feature helps ensure those requirements are met.

• Improve readability:
  Concise Resume/CV and project content is easier for proposal evaluators to read and understand quickly.
  
  
• Present more achievements:
  With limited page space to showcase your achievements, more succinct content may enable you to share an additional skill or experience that otherwise may not have been possible.

How to enable it

AI Text Reduction will only be available to users who have access to the Generative AI module. If you are interested in this, but have not yet upgraded, please contact your Customer Success Manager, or reach out to us here.

If you already have Generative AI, your company admin can enable AI Text Reduction by navigating to:
Account Settings > Customize CV Partner > AI Generated Content

What are the other tools in the Generative AI Suite?

Alongside AI Text Reduction, Generative AI users will also have access to AI Translations and AI Proofreading.
