You can now search for your case studies based on department ownership

Users can now search for case studies based on departments. Whenever a case study is created, the creators department is automatically added to the case study. Departments can also be added manually, so there are no limit to how many departments that can own a certain case study.

We are currently using custom tags to identify departments, is is it possible to migrate?

If you have a custom tag that is now made redundant by this new functionality, contact us in the in-app chat and we can help auto-migrate from custom tags to native departments.

How do I include departments in the exported documents?

We also added support for including the specific departments into your exported documents.

In the WYSIWIG template creator, you can either select a list of offices, or a list of "Country: Office" as a comma separated list.
