For professional services firms, your team is one of your key points of differentiation, and therefore it’s important you show them off across your public-facing channels. Your website in particular is an excellent opportunity to flaunt your team in the best possible light.

Of course, the extent to which you share employee data is dependent on your firm’s size and industry. For example, while a boutique legal practice may want to promote their entire firm's skills, a multi-national consultancy with thousands of employees may simply highlight their leadership team. Regardless of who is sharing, a headshot and a few sentences highlighting your employee’s key achievements instils trust for prospects, while also making your firm more personable.

However, manually inputting employee data across yet another system is tedious and prone to human error. Each bio must be presented professionally, achievements must be kept up-to-date, and formatting should remain consistent across every profile. The good news is that CV Partner can help. Via our flexible API, users can effortlessly sync data from their CV Partner platform to their website, and ensure updates are captured everywhere.

Check out our Integrations page and learn how both Omnidocs and PSA Consulting can help solve this challenge.

Connecting CV Partner to your CMS

Using CV Partner as your source of truth for employee skills and achievements, data can be pushed directly into your CMS via our REST API. This data can then populate your public website or even your company intranet to offer internal exposure. Because any updates to profile data are automatically captured, employees have the autonomy to update their own profiles, while those in charge of the website can rest easy knowing any changes are pushed through.

When setting up the integration, admins can choose which specific sections should be mapped to their CMS, or they can create a custom field - such as “Website Bio” - and push only that section to the CMS. If the latter is opted for, admins may also choose to implement character limits to ensure website text is formatted neatly.

What’s more, project data can also be pushed to populate case study pages and highlight your team’s best work.
